**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, introduce products, and close sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to clients and answer questions effectively.
- **Customer Interaction**: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and personalized service.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify new leads from different sources such as inquiries, referrals, or marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Process Management**: Follow the sales process from lead generation through to conversion, ensuring all steps are completed and documented accurately.
- **Customer Feedback**: Record customer feedback, objections, and queries, and communicate these to the sales team or management for improvement.
- **Record Keeping**: Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- **Report Generation**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the sales manager/team leader.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in service or sales is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
