4. **Identifying Leads**: Effective questioning and conversation help telecallers identify potential leads. Understanding customer needs and preferences is crucial.

5. **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Telecallers handle incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, information, or support related to a product or service provided by the company.

6. **Documenting Feedback**: They document customer feedback for follow-up actions.
