**Responsibilities of a Telecalling Executive**:
1. **Initiating Outbound Calls**: Telecallers make outbound calls to potential customers. They introduce and promote products or services during these calls.

2. **Follow-Up Calls**: After the initial contact, telecallers conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain communication with potential customers.

3. **Building Rapport**: Building rapport with potential customers is essential. Telecallers aim to establish a positive relationship and gain the customer's trust.

4. **Identifying Leads**: Effective questioning and conversation help telecallers identify potential leads. Understanding customer needs and preferences is crucial.

5. **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Telecallers handle incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, information, or support related to a product or service provided by the company.

6. **Documenting Feedback**: They document customer feedback for follow-up actions.
