**About the Company**:
Photorooster Studios LLP is a creative media and photography company dedicated to delivering high-quality photo and video solutions for our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecalling Executive** who can communicate effectively and help us grow our client base through excellent customer engagement.

**Job Summary**:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a smooth client communication experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote our photography and studio services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer databases.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client scheduling and service support.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

**Required Skills**:

- **Languages**: English, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- **Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in tele calling, customer service, or related roles.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Working hours**: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month (based on experience), additional performance incentives.
