**Position**: Business Development Executive

**Competencies**:

- Proficiency in English and Kannada
- Effective communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

**Duties**:

- Managing customer relationships and providing support over calls
- Bridging the gap between customers and the company
- Following up on purchase orders and payments
- Providing delivery and shipment tracking support to customers
- Offering after-sales service and call support

**Responsibilities**:

- Weekly reporting on progress and metrics
- Achieving sales targets
- Maintaining healthy relationships with customers
- Handling complicated situations and ensuring smooth customer interactions
- Encouraging customers to improve sales
- Actively contributing to sales and promotional strategies
