**Job Title**: Tele Calling Executive (Female)
**Location**: Royale Concorde International School, Chamarajpet Campus, Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about the school’s programs, admission process, and facilities.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to schedule campus visits.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or admissions is desirable but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and ability to handle queries confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
