**Job Title: Tele Calling Agent (Fresher Welcome)**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Provide information about products/services, answer queries, and assist with any customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Update customer information in the database and follow up on leads.
- Use Excel to manage and track data such as call logs, customer details, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English, Kannada, and Hindi**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (basic data entry, creating simple spreadsheets).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
