**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and answer the customer inquiries.
- Provide guests with directions and information about games & activities.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guests service needs
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
**Key Responsibility Area - Front Desk**
**Area: Billing, Socks & Locker Counter.**
**Report to: Front Desk Supervisor / Captain /Assist Ops Manager / Operation Manager**
**Timing: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM**
**Detailed Description**
**Billing Counter**:
- Check everything in on Place Switch On the light signage, LED TV and all the lights in reception area. Check all equipment’s (POS, Camera, Printer, Credit Card Machine, and TV working fine or not.
- Checking the petty cash amount change
- Check the cleaning of your desk, showcase Floor & Glass Area.
- Once customer arrived assist them about all the packages and information of entire park
- Make sure without waiver from no tickets are issued, waiver from is mandatory for everyone who are going inside park. Assist everyone in filling waiver form & make sure everyone follow the rules.
- Maintain your billing history individually and in closing needs to give proper handover to Ops Manager with the details of cash with other modes too Also
- Maintain the band inventory take 100 bands every day from Ops manager and maintain in register and give the balance band in the evening any deviation will be debited from your salary also in deviation found in billing will be debited from the salary.
- Keep the cash safely in your drawers, opening & closing cash should match your books / System.
- Do Check all your surroundings to be well cleaned, arranged and maintain.
**Socks Counter**:
- Core responsibility is socks inventory everyday while coming before start the day needs to get the socks stock from Ops Manager without forget.
- Maintain the inventory in register and give proper inventory if any deviation found will be debited from your salary
- Before giving any socks to any customer please cross verify their size and then issue.
- Socks slip to be collected from guest and submit in the night to HOD. Verifying with issued socks.
- Check the cleaning of your desk, as well as the floor area.
- Place socks properly in socks locker
- Maintain the register for socks entry as per against the invoice.
- Ask every customer to take socks along with you whenever you come next time you can use the same and no needs to buy it again.
- Make sure everyone watch Safety video before giving socks.
**Locker Counter**:
- Once customer arrived greet them assist them about all the packages and information of entire park. Help every guest in filling waiver form.
- Make sure without waiver from no tickets are issued waiver from is mandatory for everyone who are going inside park.
- Locker key will be only issuing after getting the locker charges and deposit amount please don’t issue any locker key without deposit amount it’s your sole responsibility to get the key back from customer
- Follow the proper process make sure customer doesn’t remove their socks on floor everyone has to keep their shoes inside the locker only also ask customer to keep your belonging inside the locker
- Management will not be responsible for any theft you have to convey to the guest
- Receipt to be given to each guest proper entry to be done in register
- Waiver details to be filled by guest and assist them about the waiver form tell them about all the feature about park and packages
- Maintain your billing history individually and in closing needs to give proper handover to Ops Manager with the details of cash
- Regularly check lockers are working properly or not.
- Count locker bands in every morning & evening regularly. Arrange chair in proper way.
**Common responsibilities**:
- Reach office at time
- Well dressed and groomed
- Make sure whoever comes inside is checked by security their temperatures, mask and hand sanitization
- Also make sure people who entering should watch the safety video, without watching safety video anyone will be not allowed to enter inside.
