Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive, located in Jaipur. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling phone calls, welcoming and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. The role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills, Communication skills, and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
  • Experience in similar roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Front Desk Executive or related fields will be advantageous
