Position Summary

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay. You will handle check-in/check-out processes, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage check-in, check-out, and room assignment efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and amendments in PMS (Opera/IDS/etc.).
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest requirements.
  • Handle billing, payment processing, and cash float responsibly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for front desk operations.
  • Ensure lobby and reception areas remain clean and presentable.
  • Assist in concierge services such as travel, transport, and local information.
  • Uphold hotel standards, policies, and procedures consistently.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service–oriented with a pleasant personality.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems (Opera preferred).
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Candidates with good height and confident presence will be preferred.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in front office operations in hotels/resorts.
