**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries related to international shipping and logistics.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients across different time zones.
- Track and update the status of international shipments.
- Escalate any delays, discrepancies, or issues to the concerned departments.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and shipment data in internal systems.
- Provide proactive updates to clients on their shipment movements and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators and supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, BPO, or international customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms), documentation, and customs processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts or as per international time zones.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Logistics, Business, or related fields).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience with freight forwarding or supply chain management.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call volumes.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of tracking systems like DHL, FedEx, Maersk, etc.
