**Job Title: Logistics Intern**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Order Processing**: Support the logistics team in processing customer orders, including order entry, verification, and documentation.
- **Inventory Management**: Aid in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure timely replenishment.
- **Shipment Coordination**: Assist in coordinating shipments with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and tracking delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- **Data Analysis**: Help analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- **Customer Service Support**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues related to shipments or deliveries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**: Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving logistics processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, purchasing, and finance to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities and alignment with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Duration**:

- This internship position is full-time and training will be provided.
