A student recruiter plays a crucial role in attracting prospective students to an institution, such as a university, college, or training center. Their roles and responsibilities typically include:
**1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning**

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.

Identify target demographics and tailor outreach efforts to attract diverse student populations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective campaigns.

**2. Outreach and Engagement**

Represent the institution at events like career fairs, school visits, open houses, and community events.

Build relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to establish pipelines for prospective students.

Provide information about programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.

**3. Counseling and Support**

Address inquiries about academic programs, campus life, scholarships, and tuition.

Provide personalized support to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the success of strategies and initiatives.

Prepare reports on enrollment trends, conversion rates, and feedback from prospective students.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
