**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct presentations and information sessions to prospective students and their families, showcasing the institution's programs and campus life.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student population.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the recruitment process and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
- Utilize Ellucian software for managing student data and tracking admissions progress.
- Participate in college fairs, community events, and outreach initiatives to promote the institution's offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Experience working in education administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruiting practices and strategies for attracting prospective students.
- Previous experience working with students in an academic setting is highly desirable.
- University experience or teaching background is a plus, providing insight into student needs and expectations.
- Knowledge of academic advising principles to assist students in making informed decisions about their education.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process.
