**Overview**

California Institute of Genetics LLC is seeking a motivated and dynamic **Student Enrollment Officer (SEO)** to join our team remotely from India. The SEO will be responsible for student recruitment, telecalling, counseling, and enrolling students into our Graduate Diploma (GD) programs, particularly in Medical Genetics and AI in Genomics. This role requires working during the Pacific Time zone and will focus on engaging prospective students in California and other regions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Recruitment & Outreach**:

- Conduct telecalling campaigns to promote the Graduate Diploma programs and other offerings of the California Institute of Genetics.
- Respond to inquiries, provide program information, and address questions from students or their families.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- **Counseling & Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding their educational goals, program offerings, and career pathways in Medical Genetics, AI in Genomics, and related fields.
- Advise students on the admissions process, program prerequisites, and future prospects in the field of genetics and bioinformatics.
- **Enrollment Process**:

- Follow up with students to ensure they complete all necessary steps for enrollment, including registration, fee payments, and documentation.
- Track and manage student enrollment data, ensuring accuracy in student records.
- **Telecalling & Follow-Up**:

- Manage outbound telecalling to nurture leads, converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Provide consistent follow-ups with prospective students to maintain engagement and answer any queries they may have.
- **Reporting & Performance Monitoring**:

- Maintain and report on key metrics, including number of inquiries, conversion rates, and student enrollment status.
- Assist in creating monthly reports for the Director of Admissions to track progress and set future enrollment goals.
- **Collaboration with Marketing & Admissions Teams**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align recruitment efforts with promotional activities.
- Share insights gained from student interactions to help refine marketing campaigns and admissions strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Counseling, or related field. A background in Life Sciences or Genetics is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in student enrollment, admissions counseling, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in the Pacific Time zone and be flexible with work hours.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online communication tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for student counseling and education.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being accountable for goals and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the education sector, especially in student counseling or telecalling for international educational programs.
- Knowledge or interest in the fields of genetics, bioinformatics, and healthcare education.
- Familiarity with remote work environments and ability to manage time effectively across different time zones.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
