About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven women professionals to join our team as Student Enrolment Advisors for a leading Australian Training Organisation. This fully remote position is ideal for women who have a background in phone-based sales and customer service and can confidently communicate in a clear Australian accent.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective students—answering their queries instantly, guiding them through the enrolment process, and encouraging meaningful phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective local students via phone, email, and SMS to assist with course and enrolment queries.
  • Respond to student enquiries quickly and professionally, promoting live phone discussions.
  • Provide expert guidance on courses, career pathways, and support options.
  • Help convert leads into enrolled students through proactive and informed communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all leads, calls, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team enrolment targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in phone-based sales, student recruitment, or customer service
  • Fluent English speaker with a clear Australian accent (must be demonstrated)
  • Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
  • Confident, empathetic, and highly motivated to meet student needs
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools
  • Reliable home internet and quiet work environment

Work Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST
  • Saturday: 5:00 AM – 10:30 AM IST
