Student Advisor

As an Educational Loan Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the loan process to fund their international master's studies. You will engage with students over the phone and other communication channels, understand their educational goals, and assist them in securing Prodigy Finance loans. Your expertise in international education finance and commitment to student success will ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all applicants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer personalized support to each student, addressing concerns and providing accurate information on loan terms, repayment options, and related financial matters.
- Build strong relationships with educational consultants and other partners to facilitate seamless referrals and collaborations.
- Stay up to date on global education trends, financial products, and relevant regulatory changes to provide the most current information to students.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to improve the student experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in educational consulting, financial services, or customer support, preferably in international education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of student loan processes, particularly for international education, is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
