Student Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students enrolled in our programs, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
- Coordinate student onboarding processes, including enrolment, orientation, and access to resources and materials.
- Facilitate communication between students, instructors, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Monitor student progress and academic performance, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Organize and oversee virtual events, workshops, and support sessions to promote student engagement and community building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement initiatives to enhance the student experience and improve retention rates.
- Maintain accurate student records and data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Student Affairs, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in student support, customer service, or related roles preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathetic and student-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing high-quality support and guidance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
