**Must-Have**:

- Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Hands on Experience with Min 3 years.
- Pega platform administration basic knowledge.
- Proactively check production issues using various tools and solve them. Basic debugging / performance management knowledge
- Actively suggests improvements to enhance production performance and mitigate issues.
- Integration specialist, knowledge of creating and maintaining rest api in Pega platform.
- Understanding of PDC, tracer, Pega logs and other tools for production monitoring.Good-to-Have:

- Knowledge of Pegacloud infrastructure, version upgrade process.
- Understanding of data flows and data management in Pega.
- Basic understanding of access controls and role management.
- Aware of deployment and testing practices in Pega, has a devops mindset Deployment manager experience is good to have.
- Basic knowledge with use of database tools and SQL.
