**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and respond to customer queries on social media.
- Ensure prompt and professional issue resolution.
- Track and manage brand mentions, reviews, and comments.
- Handle negative feedback and improve brand perception.
- Engage with customers to enhance relationships.
- Identify trends and suggest service improvements.
- Collaborate with the customer service team for ORM strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any field; freshers welcome.
- 1-year experience in ORM, social media, or customer support (preferred).
- Strong English & Hindi communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Analytical mindset to identify trends and insights.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
