Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Location: Delhi, Work from office (6 days working)
Responsibilities:
2. Assist customers with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting of our fintech platform.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with other teams such as product development and operations to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
6. Provide feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
6. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, with a genuine desire to help resolve their issues.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
