**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and pitch software products.
- Generate and qualify leads from various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
- Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 1+ years of experience in telemarketing or outbound calling.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to confidently interact with customers and handle objections.
- Familiarity with using social media for lead generation is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
