Job Title: Tele Caller for Loan Sales

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tele Caller to join our loan sales team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our loan products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and ultimately close sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and explain our loan products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a rapport with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate the closing process.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller, sales representative, or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong understanding of loan products, including personal loans, home loans, and car loans.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
