- In this role, the role of Order Management & Billing Specialist processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact._

- Responsibilities_

**_ _**
- _Maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information._
- _Responsible for providing price quotations completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed._
- _Distribute order sheets to respective departments._
- _Coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and backorders._
- _Knowledge and background on Finance / Billing processes - Credit Note, Debit Note, Invoicing, PO, PR, AR, AP_
- _PO Issuance experience_

- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Bachelor or Graduate degree_
- _Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash_
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Excellent customer service and communication skills_
- _Must be self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive in approaching tasks._
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data._
- _Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Exposure to (SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / TPM)_
- o Experience in Trade or Non-Trade deductions for Trade Management, OR_
- o Order Entry or Fulfilment experience for Order Management, OR_
- o Contract review & Entry experience for Contract Management, OR_
- _Knowledge of all Order-to-cash processes in the CPG or retail industry._
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong communication skills_
- _Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines._
- _Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment._
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints._
- _Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests._
