**Customer Support Executive Responsibilities: -**
- Attend customers by call, message or chat and give them best possible reply to satisfy their shopping experience.
- Previous Calling Experience is considered to be extra advantage.

- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
