**Role Description**
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer data.
- Understand customer requirements and offer solutions aligned with their needs.
- Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- The role involves identifying potential clients and analysing their needs, developing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and working with other teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business revenue, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- MBA in Marketing (or equivalent qualification).
- 0-4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
