We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive who can manage customer queries while also promoting products and generating sales and attending calls. The role combines customer support with tele calling and upselling responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Promote products/services and generate leads.
  • Handle inbound queries and cross-sell/upsell when relevant.
  • Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.
  • Provide excellent service while meeting sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10th / 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior telecalling / sales experience preferred (freshers can apply).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Pimpri, Pune
