Job Title: Chat Support Executive (Pune)
Location: Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our customer service team in Pune. The role involves assisting clients through live chat, email, and messaging platforms by addressing queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a non-voice process ideal for candidates with good written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries via chat and email support.
- Provide accurate product, service, and process information to clients.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints, escalate complex issues to seniors when required.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and back-office teams for query resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 10th, 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Good written English and typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle queries patiently.
- Prior experience in chat/email process or BPO customer support preferred (freshers can also apply).
