**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute and coordinate marketing campaigns, support market research, and assist in various marketing initiatives. This role requires a combination of creativity, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Execution:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and online content.
- Content Creation:
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
- Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, webinars, and seminars.

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and promotional materials.
- Digital Marketing Support:
Manage and update the company website with fresh and engaging content.

Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking performance metrics.
- Data Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Use data insights to recommend improvements and optimizations for future campaigns.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide necessary support for lead generation and customer retention.
- Budget Management:
Assist in tracking marketing expenses and ensuring projects stay within budget.

Process invoices and maintain financial records related to marketing expenditures.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Experience in WordPress**

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Previous marketing experience or internships are advantageous.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
