**Overview**:
A proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to coordinate the execution of brand, digital, and lead generation campaigns. This role will act as the central point between internal teams, external agencies, and partner schools to ensure timely execution, consistent messaging, and measurable outcomes aligned with the strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing Execution & Coordination**

a. Implement the approved brand and marketing plan across digital, PR, social media, and partner outreach.

b. Work closely with the PR/media agency to align on deliverables, content approvals, campaign launches, and reporting

c. Manage the marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns and materials are launched on time

**2. Supporting lead Generation & Nurturing**

a. Coordinate with teams to keep track of inbound and outbound lead generation activities

b. Track leads through the funnel (awareness to conversion) using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho)

c. Coordinate webinars, events, and digital campaigns aimed at schools and parents

d. Work with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are qualified and followed up

**3. Content & Asset Management**

b. Ensure all content reflects brand voice, tone, and visual identity

c. Maintain a library of updated and reusable marketing assets for different audiences (schools, parents, partners)

**4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization**

a. Track campaign performance against KPIs

b. Generate and collate regular reports and insights from partner schools feedback to refine strategy

c. Recommend optimizations based on evidence

**5. Stakeholder & Agency Management**

a. Serve as the liaison between leadership, internal teams, external agencies, creative vendors, and partner schools

b. Prepare campaign briefs and performance reviews for agencies

c. Ensure that agencies are meeting contract expectations and timelines

**6. Brand Stewardship**

a. Maintain consistency in brand tone, message, and visuals across all marketing channels

b. Champion the brand internally and externally by training new team members or partners on brand positioning

c. Support planning of school roadshows, media events, and launches

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:
1. 1-3 years in a marketing, brand, or campaign management role (preferably in education, EdTech, or B2B services)

2. Proven experience managing digital marketing or lead generation campaigns

3. Strong understanding of marketing analytics, content planning, and creative workflows

4. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms

5. Excellent communication and project management skills

6. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and deadlines
