MPee Kitchenette is a manufacturer of kitchen appliances with more than 35 years of experience in serving customers with world class products.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage workflow between the design team and vendors, ensuring timely completion of marketing tasks. This role includes coordinating product samples, managing vendor quotations and overseeing marketing kits. You will maintain budget accuracy and assist with online marketing activities, events and exhibitions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate marketing tasks with the design team and vendors.
- Obtain and manage vendor quotations for marketing materials.
- Oversee product samples, photoshoots and deliverables.
- Manage marketing budget, invoices and vendor payments.
- Communicate with distributors, dealers and support online marketing efforts.
- Coordinate marketing kits, events, exhibitions and logistics.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in vendor management and online marketing.
