The Help Desk Technician is the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical difficulties. You will monitor and manage the helpdesk ticketing system, prioritize and resolve tickets promptly, and escalate complex issues as necessary. Key duties include supporting software installations, hardware setup, basic network troubleshooting, and maintaining communication with users to inform them of ticket status. Additionally, you’ll contribute to team knowledge bases and provide insights for continuous improvement of support services
