Urgently Telecallers required for Mohali, Panchkula & Zirakpur

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales Support**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote vehicles, services, and offers.
- Follow up on inquiries received via phone, website, or social media.
- Convert leads into showroom visits and test drives.

**2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management**
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide information on vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and ongoing promotions.
- Maintain customer engagement through follow-up calls and feedback collection.

**3. Coordination & Data Management**
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer details in CRM software.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for test drives.
- Assist in post-sales follow-ups for customer satisfaction and referrals.

**4. Target Achievement & Reporting**
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Provide regular reports on call performance, lead conversion, and customer feedback.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telecalling, preferably in the automobile sector or sales.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills**.
- Ability to handle **high call volumes** and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of **automobile brands, models, and finance options** is an advantage.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data entry**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Fluency in **English and regional/local languages**.
- Prior experience in **customer service or lead generation in an automobile showroom**.
- Positive attitude with a **customer-first approach**.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
