Visa Counselor and Telecaller

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments for in-person consultations with clients, where necessary
- Conducting visa interviews with clients and verifying their eligibility for a visa
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and regulations for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our database
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve team targets and objectives
- Generating leads for potential new clients through various marketing channels
- Participating in training sessions and other professional development opportunities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in English and one or more additional languages is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations, Political Science, or Law
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a consular or embassy environment is preferred

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
