**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Contact potential clients from the provided database and identify new business opportunities.
- **Client Interaction**: Understand client requirements, answer queries, and provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and availability.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule property viewings and follow-up calls for interested prospects.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant client information.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate unique selling points.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and persuasive tone.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
