Are you a skilled legal professional with a passion for the automobile industry? Join our team at Sunanda Greentech Pvt. Ltd. as a Legal Advisor for our retail showroom. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and providing legal guidance to support the operations of our showroom.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Compliance**: Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the automobile industry and retail operations.
- **Contract Review**: Review and draft various contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including vehicle sales contracts, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to minimize legal exposure for the showroom.
- **Customer Relations**: Address legal inquiries from customers and resolve any legal issues that may arise during transactions.
- **Employee Training**: Provide legal training to showroom staff to ensure awareness of legal requirements and best practices.
- **Liaison**: Work closely with external legal counsel, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies as needed.
- **Intellectual Property**: Protect and manage intellectual property assets, including trademarks and copyrights, as relevant to the showroom's operations.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Assist in resolving legal disputes, including customer complaints, vendor disputes, and contractual disagreements.
- **Data Privacy**: Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations in the handling of customer and employee information.
- **Reporting**: Prepare legal reports, memos, and updates for management to inform decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or similar role, preferably in the automobile industry or retail sector.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of relevant legal regulations, contracts, and industry-specific requirements.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in simple terms.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address legal issues.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (Master's degree and legal certification preferred).
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably with exposure to the automobile industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
