Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Telecaller with strong experience in the wellness, skincare, and sales industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving business growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase clinic revenue and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies for the clinic.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
Manage and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.
Report sales performance and business growth metrics to management.
Motivate and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in wellness, skincare, or sales industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage sales pipelines and meet targets.
Excellent presentation and client-handling skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
