**Responsibilities**:
**D2C Sales Growth**: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase direct-to-consumer product penetration.

**Partner Store Collaboration**: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive in-store product placement and visibility.

**Market Research & Insights**: Analyze consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

**Sales Reporting & Analysis**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and store engagement metrics to drive data-driven decisions.

**Brand Representation**: Act as the face of Delight Farms, representing us at events, promotions, and community engagement activities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 1 to 5 years of experience in D2C or Retail Channel Sales
- Good Communication, and interpersonal skills
