We're looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive on meeting new people, closing deals, and being on the move, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll be the face of our brand, responsible for building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel within assigned territory to meet potential clients and promote products/services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct selling and lead conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in Real Estate
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
