ArNature is a startup based in Bangalore, focused on delivering high-quality, locally sourced groceries. We offer a diverse range of products, including pulses, lentils, seeds, flours, masalas, cooking oils, and podi blends. By sourcing directly from farmers, we ensure freshness, quality, and fair pricing. Rigorous quality checks at every stage maintain our high standards. Committed to sustainability, we support local farming communities and prioritize environmentally responsible practices. Our products will soon be available through leading online platforms and select retail outlets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**: All leads will be provided by the company. You will be responsible for reaching out to these leads and establishing communication.
- **Sales Conversion**: Engage with leads, understand their needs, and convince them to purchase ArNature's premium range of products. This will involve discussing product benefits, negotiating terms, and guiding the prospects through the buying process.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and wholesalers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on lead status, deal closures, and any challenges faced during the sales process.
**Incentive Structure**:
- **Per Deal Closure**: Earn ₹800-₹1200 for each successful closure ( **No Fixed Salary**).
- **Lead Generation**: All leads will be provided by the company.
- **No Fixed Salary**: The role is commission-driven, allowing you to earn based on performance.
**Work Environment**:
- **Work From Home (WFH)**: You will have the flexibility to work from home, but you must be self-disciplined and goal-oriented.
- **Travel Requirement**: Occasional travel within Bangalore (Bengaluru) will be necessary to meet with distributors and wholesalers in person to finalize deals or build stronger relationships.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-based structure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle leads professionally and convert them into successful deals.
- Comfortable with occasional travel within Bangalore.
- Prior sales experience (preferably in B2B or in the grocery/distribution industry) is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
