Keeping track of invoices received from Vendor on mails or on TYA tool and releasing the payment as per due dates

Checking of all invoices with proper approvals and supportings

Entering Vendor invoices and payments in Accounting Software

Working on Monthly closing Activities

Maintaining Schedules for Creditors etc

Bank balance update and Bank Reco for all Banks
