**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To work on monitoring, reconciliation, escalate issues to L2 Manager.
- Create and manage detailed reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data validation, conditional formatting, etc.).
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights that help improve production support processes.
- Develop and automate reports to monitor system health, ticket statuses, and production performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market intelligence for management review

**Requirements**:
**Desired Experience**:

- B.Tech Degree/Diploma Required.
- Proven experience of at least 1+ years as a Production Support Executive will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of Advanced Excel is required.
