About the CompanyAt Saxon, we’re redefining what’s possible with Artificial Intelligence solutions — empowering businesses to make smarter, data-driven decisions.In this role, you’ll:As a Functional Consultant (1-2 years), you will work alongside senior consultants to support project delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You’ll engage in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training and support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to build your consulting skills, deepen your ERP domain knowledge and grow within our delivery team.Key Responsibilities:Assist in workshops / meetings to understand client business processes, pain-points & goalsSupport gathering of business requirements and document themConfigure core Business Central modules (e.g., Finance, Sales & Purchasing, Inventory) under guidanceAssist with data migration activities: mapping legacy data, preparing import templates, executing importsParticipate in functional testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cyclesPrepare training materials and help deliver end-user training sessionsProvide post-go-live support for clients, addressing functional queriesCollaborate with technical/development teams to ensure the solution meets business requirementsStay updated with Microsoft Business Central features, assist in recommending best practices or add-onsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline1-2 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (or strong interest in ERP systems)Good analytical skills: ability to understand business needs and map to system processesBasic experience in configuring ERP modules or strong willingness to learnGood verbal & written communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal teams and stakeholdersAbility to work in a team and also take ownership of tasksWillingness to travel / client onsite visits if requiredDesirable (but not mandatory):Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (or in process)Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)Exposure to data migration tools, integrations, or third-party add-ons for Business CentralPrior experience (even as internship) with ERP implementations
