**Working Days - 5 days (2nd and 4th Sat Holiday -1st and 3rd Sat: 10 am - 3 pm)**
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for gifting, rewards, and incentive projects
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handle inbound Inquiries for gifting, rewards, and incentive projects:
- Handling customer Inquiries by phone or mail.
- Arranging appointments by phone
- Attend Client Meetings
- Inbound Calls | Outbound Calls | Chats | Queries
- Order Management: Coordinating with internal teams for processing of orders, updating status to clients, customers for any order-related issues. Billing, Invoicing and Payment Follow Up
- Preparing Quotation / Product presentations
- Proper Maintenance of Customer records
- Handling Companies participation in exhibitions etc
- Reporting: Daily and Weekly Reports
Job requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
