**Job Title: Sales Manager - Interior Sales**

**Summary**: As a Sales Manager specializing in Interior Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets within the interior design and furnishings sector. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and motivate the interior sales team to meet and achieve sales targets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote interior products and services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and interior designers.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the company's presence and client base.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions to address underperformance and optimize sales processes.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide the sales team with relevant information.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team members.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:
- Work closely with other departments such as design and operations to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies.
- Provide input on product development and improvements based on customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior sales, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design products and trends.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in relevant, industry CRM software.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
