Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chatbot Process Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing chatbot interactions to ensure seamless customer service and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor chatbot interactions to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
- Analyze chatbot conversations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to update chatbot scripts, flows, and FAQs.
- Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when required.
- Generate regular reports on chatbot performance and user feedback.
- Ensure high standards of service quality and responsiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in chat support or chatbot handling is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of conversations.
- Basic understanding of chatbot platforms/tools (preferred).
- Comfortable working in shifts (if applicable).
