Job Description: Chat Bot Executive

Role Overview:
The Chat Bot Executive is responsible for nurturing leads, managing inbound and outbound chat and call communication, and converting old cases through follow-ups (Call Back Conversion). This role involves using chatbot and telephonic interactions to engage prospective and existing clients to achieve necessary business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Nurturing:

- Monitor and respond to chatbot inquiries promptly.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospective leads to understand their needs and expectations.
- Build rapport with leads to foster trust and enhance conversion chances.
- Follow-up and Call Back Conversion:

- Review old case files and initiate callbacks to re-engage potential clients.
- Address objections, answer queries, and provide relevant information to encourage conversions.
- Update clients about new offers, schemes, or relevant updates to spark renewed interest.
- Target Achievement:

- Work towards achieving a monthly revenue target as decided from time to time through effective lead conversion strategies.
- To ensure the chat bot portal is constantly updated. Also to report on any errors or malfunctioning.
- Communication Management: Utilize CRM tools to record and track all communication with leads and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align on strategies and feedback.
- Reporting:

- Prepare weekly performance reports.
- Ensure all statistical reports are uptodate and presented to HOD every week.
- To participate in all meetings and exercises as decided by senior authorities.
- Analyze the effectiveness of chatbot responses and design strategies to improve success rates.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
- Handle grievances and escalations professionally and resolve them promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field. Lesser qualification applpicable based on talent and experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead nurturing, tele-calling, or sales roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM and chatbot platforms.
- Analytical mindset for tracking and improving lead conversion metrics.
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- To assist other team members in their tasks or any other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
- Working Hours: 8 hours a day or more as necessitated (agree to work in night shifts also)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
