Required inside sales & Customer Relationship Managers (Networking & Telecom )

We are looking for an Enthusiastic Sales & Customer Relationship Executives who can help the company build up their business and take company sales to new heights., maintain and manage Existing Customers, & Develop New Customers for Networking and Telecom company

Inside sales Specialists with Excellent communication, shall Build, Maintain and manage Relationships with Existing, and develop New Customers, They are to identify / Maintain / Manage / Map & Engage prospective Corporate Key decision makers, The person must identify key opportunities like client pain points and demonstrate the value of the products or services., and Expected to Continuously update Themselves on Current Products & Technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties

New Customer Acquisition
- Identify / Maintain / Manage / Map & Engage prospective Resellers & Corporate Key decision makers
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Should act as a bridge between the company and its set of customers.
- Manage Resellers and Enterprise & corporate customers
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipelines

Customer Relationship Management
- Quote & Follow-up on the leads & enquiries Generated of Existing Corporate Customers, its key Decision makers. And other new customer engagements.
- Understand the customer requirement and manage Relationships based on the customer interaction / feedback.ensuring the highest customer satisfaction

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of 2 to 3 years or more in handling Customer calls with Excellent Communication in English and other local Indian languages.
- Fresher’s may be considered for junior roles.
- Any Degree / Diploma / Degree is an Advantage with ability to Multitask & to solve problems.
- Flair and interest to Absorb Technology and respond Quickly to Customer needs.
- Technical Knowledge is an added advantage But will be trained on Telecom and Networking.
