Monitor and maintain company computer systems, networks, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensure smooth network connectivity.
- Monitor servers, internet connectivity, firewalls, and backup systems.
- Set up new user accounts, workstations, and access credentials.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, routers, printers, etc.).
- Ensure timely procurement, servicing, and disposal of equipment.
- Implement data security protocols and ensure antivirus software is up to date.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery measures are in place.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), repairs, and warranty claims.
- Evaluate and negotiate IT purchases or services.
- Maintain proper documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and SOPs.
- Track IT support tickets and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide technical assistance and training to staff for hardware/software usage.
- Conduct periodic IT awareness sessions on best practices and data safety.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and guidelines.
- Monitor usage and enforce cybersecurity practices among employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,731.23 per month
