**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital presence and performance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and maximize results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of planning and executing successful campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels and target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
