CAE Engineer - Process Automation

**Reporting To**: Automation Leader

**Qualification**: B.E./ B.Tech/M.E./ M.Tech in Mechanical/ Design/ Automobile/ Production

**Task**:

- Architect, design & develop Process Automation tools to automate end-to-end for CAE load cases and processes
- Develop Process for Automation, write Macros and Scripts to automate complex processes based on user defined inputs
- Design and develop GUIs for tools in collaboration with CAE analyst
- Analyze existing engineering workflows and identify opportunities for automation
- Able to develop Process Automation tools independently and guide other PA engineers
- Develop & perform Unit testing, User Accepted Testing and fixing bugs
- Perform local & global deployment and maintenance of the tools
- Work in close collaboration with CAE specialists to understand and identify automation possibilities and ensure successful integratio n of automation solutions into overall engineering process
- Able to work in team or independently and plan projects or subtasks so that they may be tracked and presented

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must have Tcl/tk scripting experience using HyperMesh APIs to automate Model building, Report Making
- Good experience in using HyperWorks tools (HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph)
- Strong experience in Customization, CAE Process development/ CAE Application development, Programming skills, logic building
- Knowledge of Python is required
- Knowledge of Abaqus tool and APIs is preferable
- Must be good with programming and intermediate level of CAE understanding is required
- Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) is must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Years of Experience**: 2 to 3 years of CAE Process Automation Experience in Structural domain after B.Tech/M.Tech

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Hypermesh: 1 year (required)
- TCL/TK: 1 year (required)
- Python: 1 year (preferred)
- Abaqus: 1 year (preferred)
